Salted caramel brownies… Possibly the best brown Salted caramel brownies… Possibly the best brownies I have ever even eaten! They are packed with salted caramel chocolate spread from @marksandspencer and they honestly taste out of this world! I’ll share a link to the recipe for some weekend baking in my stories. Let me know if you give them a try!
AD The summer weather is finally here, and I’ve AD The summer weather is finally here, and I’ve been spending most of my time outside eating a variety of different colourful salads. One of my favourites to serve is this Roasted Vegetable and Feta salad drizzled with a homemade, low FODMAP dressing (extra virgin olive oil, dijon mustard, red wine vinegar). Although the low FODMAP is restricting at times, it’s so important to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables where you can. This salad is packed with mixed peppers, aubergine, courgette, sweet potato and butternut squash, served on a bed of mixed leaves, to support my gut health. I also take a @biokult__uk capsule daily to provide my gut with 14 strains of live bacteria to aid digestion, and in my own experience, reduce any unwanted IBS symptoms. I have found that since taking Bio-Kult I have had fewer flare ups, and that when I do, they don’t last as long. Let me know if you’d like to give Bio-Kult a try, or if you have any questions. #BioKult #WhatsYourGutFeeling #GutHappy

Homemade low FODMAP pizza in the garden in this be Homemade low FODMAP pizza in the garden in this beautiful weather, it doesn’t get much better than this! This is my favourite pizza at the moment, Parma ham topped with rocket. A simple, yet delicious topping combination. I made this base using yoghurt and flour, so it’s super easy to recreate at home. I’ll share the recipe link in my stories. What’s your pizza topping of choice? 🍕
Making the most of the intermittent sunshine with Making the most of the intermittent sunshine with a summery pasta. Salmon, a handful of peas (reintroduced), chilli flakes, parsley, a splash of lemon juice, crème fraiche and gluten free penne pasta. Delicious! I would eat pasta everyday if I could! I’m lacking ideas for dinner lately, is there anything you’ve tried recently that you’d recommend? Let me know!
To celebrate the many birthdays in June I made a g To celebrate the many birthdays in June I made a gluten free ‘under the sea’ themed birthday cake. I added homemade macarons (clams) and mini meringues (shells) to decorate, along with a chocolate drip and lots of buttercream. I used the ‘gluten free celebration cake’ recipe from my blog, I’ll add a link to my story 🌊

AD It’s World Digestive Health Day, so I thought AD It’s World Digestive Health Day, so I thought I’d share my top tips for looking after your gut, particularly if you suffer from IBS:
-Eat little and often and avoid large meals. These healthy, low FODMAP Walnut Oat Bars are ideal for a mid-morning snack! Click on the link in my bio to find the recipe.
-Take a supplement of live bacteria to aid digestion. I take @biokult__uk daily to support my digestive health and maintain a balanced gut microbiome.
-Have regular gentle exercise. I take my dog for a walk daily and it does wonders for my gut health.
And most importantly, look after yourself. Your mental well-being is so important and directly links to your digestive tract. Make sure you make time for yourself. Have a bath, read a book or watch that programme on Netflix, and look after number one!

A couple of weeks ago I’ve went for lunch at @th A couple of weeks ago I’ve went for lunch at @theivywinchester for my birthday! I went for the Avocado Benedict on gluten free toast which tasted delicious. I have actually reintroduced avocado, however there were other low FODMAP options on the menu such as eggs with smoked salmon or ham. I’m not sure I needed all the chips but they come with it as standard. And to celebrate I also had to order a French Garden 75 cocktail as it’s made with @hendricksgin, @stgermaindrinks elderflower liqueur, cucumber and champagne - basically my dream cocktail! 🍸 Have you been to an Ivy restaurant recently? What did you have?
A super quick and easy veggie stir fry with egg fr A super quick and easy veggie stir fry with egg fried rice for busy weeknights. I fried off beansprouts, peppers, carrot and cabbage with @quorn_uk steak strips. These are gluten free, I didn’t even realise! I then added some ground ginger, maple syrup and soy sauce to make it slightly sticky. I served it with egg fried rice and drizzled the bowl with a plum sauce I found in @marksandspencer. It was so delicious and pretty healthy too! What are you having for dinner tonight?
Tonight is chilli fajita night filled with homemad Tonight is chilli fajita night filled with homemade low FODMAP @quorn_uk chilli, little gem lettuce, creme fraiche, smashed avocado and cheddar cheese encased in a gluten free @oldelpasouk tortilla wrap. Vegetarian brunch at @the_garden_society with hall Vegetarian brunch at @the_garden_society with halloumi, fried eggs, mushroom (reintroduced), tomato, rocket and gluten free toast, served with a pot of decaf tea. Perfection! It’s my favourite time of the year as I just love being able to eat outside (minus the hayfever!) Gluten free bakewell blondies packed with almonds, Gluten free bakewell blondies packed with almonds, raspberry jam and white chocolate. Now that I’m no longer allergic to nuts, what should I bake next?! Something with snickers or M&M peanut? Let me know your suggestions! 🥜
I trialled a new recipe this week for a slow cooke I trialled a new recipe this week for a slow cooked low FODMAP fish curry. It was absolutely delicious! It’s a cheap curry too using frozen fish and a homemade spice mix. I served it with basmati rice, lime pickle (I found it in @sainsburys but to be honest I wasn’t a fan!), poppadoms and mango chutney (garlic free!) Let me know if you’d like the recipe, I’ll try it once more before I share it!
Bank holiday gluten free, veggie breakfast! I pick Bank holiday gluten free, veggie breakfast! I picked up a @marksandspencer made without wheat tiger loaf and topped it with scrambled eggs and avocado (note - more than 1/4 of a small avocado needs to be reintroduced) 🍞🥑🍳 I then tried the @marksandspencerfoodpr plant kitchen ‘bangers’! They don’t contain onion or garlic but they do have mystery ‘flavourings’ and soya so without further investigation I can’t guarantee they’re low FODMAP, I gave them a go as I’m trying to reduce my meat consumption. What food are you enjoying this bank holiday?!
Is there anything better than the brunch platter f Is there anything better than the brunch platter from @the_garden_society? I wish I was tucking into this today 🥞🍓🫐🍌🥓☕️ There are gluten free free pancakes with raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, banana, bacon and a choice of clotted cream, maple syrup or golden syrup to pour on the top. This also comes with juice, a hot drink and an additional course of eggs for £30pp. A proper treat! Who else could work their way through this right now?! 🙋🏼‍♀️
New blog post! The recipe for my gluten and lactos New blog post! The recipe for my gluten and lactose free Cornflake Brownies is now over on my website, lowfodmapinspiration.com. When you don’t think brownies can get any better, you add a layer of caramelised cornflakes to the top 😍 heavenly! Let me know if you give these a try.
I tried something a little different to snack on y I tried something a little different to snack on yesterday and made these low FODMAP baked cheese and broccoli bites. Using only the florets, you can have approximately 75g of broccoli per serving. I dipped them in a little salad cream and they were so good! Let me know if you’d like the recipe 🥦 I’ve got lots of recipes going live in the next couple of weeks, watch this space!
Last day of the school holidays so I treated mysel Last day of the school holidays so I treated myself to some homemade pancakes with banana, peanut butter and maple syrup 🍌🥜 What a delicious combo! The pancakes were in between crepes and American pancakes as I couldn’t decide which I fancied. What’s your favourite pancake topping? I think I need to try Nutella next time with banana and strawberry 🍓🥞 Also I love this new chopping board from @marksandspencer, been on the lookout for a wooden one for a while and I love the herringbone design 🤍
Throwback to the first meal I cooked in the new ki Throwback to the first meal I cooked in the new kitchen. A low FODMAP and gluten free spaghetti bolognese made with @quorn_uk mince as I prefer it to meat! It was delicious! I can remember it now, and it was almost a month ago! I had been ill all week with a mystery flu-like illness and the worst nausea and it was the first meal I actually fancied! It’s a classic isn’t it?! This recipe can be found in my e-book, A Beginner’s Guide to the Low FODMAP Diet, over on my website. I’ll add a link to my stories if you’re interested.
