Spaghetti Hoops on Toast

Ingredients

  • 100 g Garofalo gluten free annelini pasta
  • 100 g Tomato passata
  • ¼ tsp Asafoetida
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 20 ml Water
  • ½ tsp Sugar

Instructions

  • In a pan of boiling water, add the Garofalo annelini pasta and cook for 6-7 minutes.
  • While the pasta cooks, mix together the rest of the ingredients for the sauce and heat on the hob for a few minutes until cooked through.
  • Drain the annelini pasta, then stir it into the tomato-based sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then serve on top of gluten free toast and a handful of grated cheese.
