Prepare the chapati dough by mixing the flour and water and kneading by hand. Roll out on a floured surface into small circles and set to one side.
Heat the garlic-infused oil in a pan and add the chilli (finely chopped), garam masala, turmeric, ground coriander, ground cumin and tomatoes (cut into small pieces).
After a couple of minutes add the chopped tomatoes and stir gently on a medium heat.
Once it's cooked through, add the raw king prawns. While the prawns are cooking, in a separate pan, fry the chapatis in a little oil. As they begin to bubble with air, flip them until browned slightly.
Sprinkle chopped coriander over the curry and serve with basmati rice and a chapati.
