Low FODMAP Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Gluten free white bread
  • 15 g Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 25 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic-infused oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to gas mark 6 or 200 degrees Celsius.
  • In a small bowl, mix together butter, parsley and garlic-infused oil.
  • Spread the garlic butter onto the gluten free bread and place on a baking tray.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
